CG1500 Mounting Plate for Kulp Controllers and Computers

Unfortunately, the Cableguard CG1500 has been discontinued by the manufacturer. We have found a replacement product that is essentially a drop in replacement, the Multilink RNI-1500. Many of our custom plates have been redesigned to be used with this new enclosure. This plate will not work with the RNI1500. However, we still produce these plates. If you have a CG1500, this is a great option to get your gear mounted correctly.

This plate has layouts for most of the Kulp Lights Controllers and also some of the smaller computer boards.

For a Full Buildout

To make this plate a full buildout for a K16A-B, K8-B, K8-PB, or K32A-B, you will use the following:

• 1 × CG1500 Enclosure
• 1 to 2 × Slim Meanwell sized power supplies or a single Generic Power Supply
• 0 to 1 × Meanwell Double Stack Mount (used if you use more than one Meanwell)
• 1 × AC Power Cord
• Up to 5 feet of 10AWG Bulk Cable Red
• Up to 5 feet of 10AWG Bulk Cable Black
• 1 to 32 × Pigtails of your choice. 18" style pigtails will be fine for this build
• 1 to 2 × Heat Shrink Labels. Get a 1 - 16 and possibly a 17 - 32 set to label each of your pigtails. We carry 5 colors.
